Construction is now complete at the Yiray Clean Energy Park in Orange, New South Wales.
Tranex successfully delivered the full engineering, procurement and construction scope for the 6.8 MW solar PV facility, co-locating a 10.5 MWh BESS on site. With 11,676 panels installed and commissioned, the site is set to generate more than 13.2 GWh annually, enough to power around 2,150 homes.
It's also Australia's largest community co-owned solar and battery project by investment capital - backed by 128 local co-owners and supported by the NSW Government's Regional Community Energy Fund.
Great result from the Tranex Construction team, delivered in partnership with @EDP APAC.
