We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team to assist with Transport of Plant & Equipment between sites and around site. We have a combination of Rigid Trucks and Heavy Combination Trucks. We are looking for someone who can also assist on site in other activities when not driving trucks and moving equipment.

Oversees end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met. Coordinates contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, translating design intent into executable site operations.

Drives early-stage civil delivery on utility-scale solar farm projects, managing earthworks, drainage systems, access roads, and structural foundations. Ensures all civil construction activities are executed in line with engineering specifications, environmental requirements, and safety standards. Coordinates subcontractors and site crews to maintain sequence, productivity, and alignment with program milestones across non-electrical works.

Leads health, safety, and environmental performance across solar farm construction and operational activities, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and project HSE management plans. Directs site safety processes including pre-starts, toolbox talks, hazard identification, and risk assessments, with particular focus on high-risk activities such as work at heights and electrical/BESS operations.

Manages mechanical installation works on solar farm projects, including pile driving, tracker system assembly, and PV module installation. Coordinates subcontractor crews to ensure works are delivered in line with engineering drawings, program schedules, and quality assurance standards. Enforces strict HSE compliance across all mechanical activities, managing sequencing, productivity, and installation accuracy to achieve safe and compliant project execution.
