October is National Safe Work Month, a good time to reflect on what safe work looks like on our sites every day.

For our teams, safety is part of how the job gets done. It shows up in the planning before work starts, the checks and conversations on site each day, and the confidence to stop and speak up when something doesn't look right.

Safe Work Month is a reminder to keep those habits strong. The goal stays the same all year round: everyone goes home safe at the end of every shift. 💪
